How enquiries are handled

Form submissions are sent by email to Kensington Finance using Resend. The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database and does not use submitted information for advertising.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with Kensington personnel and professional advisers where necessary to consider your enquiry or meet legal obligations. Kensington retains information only for as long as reasonably required for those purposes.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Essential hosting and security services may process technical request information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
